With/out Honor

Escape from the mysterious dream, and fight your way out of it. You can teleport through thin walls and through your enemies. Even so, you should fight with honor. Or maybe don't. But be ready for the consequences if you attack the enemy's back. The same applies to them too, so be prepared to unleash your power if you get attacked on the back multiple times!

This game was made for an assignment for CSUI Game Development course 2020, which requires us to choose 3 unique diversifiers. Here are the ones that I chose.

1. We have a hulk : Implement an ultimate power that can only be used once. (Implementasi suatu kemampuan ultimate yang hanya bisa dipakai sekali)
2. Now you're thinking with portals : Implement player teleportation. (Implementasikan teleportasi player)
3. All we had to do was follow the damn train : Implement something which the player must follow, and will have negative impact if they don't. (Implementasi sesuatu yang harus diikuti player dan berdampak negatif apabila tidak diikuti)

Controls

Left and right arrow keys - Move

Up arrow key - Jump and Double Jump

Z - Teleport

X - Attack

C - Unleash Power

Sprites and other visual assets are self-made

SFX assets used are from opengameart.org and freesound.org

Music assets used are from onemansymphony.bandcamp.com

Fonts used are either self-made or by Daniel Linssen

Differences of the files

With-out Honor.zip is the version of the game for the game jam submission, while the v1.1 one has some bug fixes and minor improvements. It is recommended to download that one.
